On the heels of our own Dr. Rhadi Ferguson’s interview with Coach Mike Van Arsdale, comes this video from Authentic Sports Management that takes a look inside Van Arsdale’s Imperial Athletics gym in Boca Raton, Fla.

The team has four fighters all competing within a week of each other in October on big shows.Jorge Santiago competes at UFC 136 on Oct. 8 in Houston, Michael Johnson and Anthony Johnson both compete at UFC on Versus 6 this coming weekend in Washington, D.C., andCosmo Alexandre will compete at Bellator 52 this Saturday in Louisiana.

Take a look as Coach Van Arsdale whips his fighters into shape and listen as each fighter talks about the positive aspects of being part of the “Blackzilians”. The coaches also talk about their styles of training.
